Edward Infantolino, Jr. is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on probate and estate administration, assisting clients with the legal transfer of real property, financial accounts, and other assets, while guiding them through the often-complicated process of settling one’s estate. Probate can be an unfamiliar and exceptionally difficult process to navigate alone, particularly when an estate includes real estate that must be transferred or sold. Legal representation is often required, making knowledgeable legal guidance essential to ensuring the process is handled properly and efficiently. Edward helps clients understand the legal requirements, address potential complications, and move the administration of an estate toward completion as efficiently as possible.

Edward graduated with cum laude honors from his legal education and prior to that earned his bachelor’s degree in Communications, with a specialization in public relations, from the University of Central Florida. He is also a Florida-licensed real estate broker/broker associate with more than a decade of professional real estate experience. This experience allows him to approach probate and property-related legal matters with both legal insight and a practical understanding of the real estate transaction process.
