Tina R. Denham, Esq.

Tina Denham, (she/her) is an accomplished Associate Attorney at Barry Miller Law.  She has been a legal professional for over a decade in Florida’s legal industry with over 20 years’ experience in Florida’s real estate market. Her expertise spans civil litigation, real estate transactions, foreclosure defense, estate planning, and summary administration probates, showcasing a broad range of legal capabilities.

Before attending law school, Tina worked for many years as a Foreclosure Defense Paralegal for a prominent foreclosure defense firm in Pinellas County, Florida.  She held a Florida Real Estate Sales license from 2002 to 2024.  During the time she held her license – before her Paralegal education and training – Tina worked as a broker’s administrative assistant, transaction coordinator, residential property manager, commercial property manager, accounting manager for both residential and commercial property management, title processor, title closer, closing director, and a sales agent.

With a unique blend of legal acumen, real estate expertise, and a strong commitment to client advocacy and customer service, Tina is a sought-after legal professional.
