Mark C. Elliott, Esq.

Mark Elliott is a senior associate attorney at Barry L. Miller, P.A. and focuses his practice on a wide breadth of commercial transactions, residential and commercial real estate transactions, civil litigation, employer/employee relations, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Barry L. Miller, P.A., Mark worked in private practice where he represented employers and employees in workplace-focused litigation. He has represented buyers and sellers in a wide variety of business sales and acquisitions, including automobile franchises, airplanes, boats, horses, physician practices, and commercial buildings.

Mark began his career after law school in the federal government as a law clerk with the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Energy. Thereafter, Mark joined the Executive Office of D.C. Mayor Adrian Fenty as a Special Assistant to the Mayor’s General Counsel. Mark capped-off his career with the D.C. Government as an Assistant General Counsel for an agency whose mandate included the operation of the District’s only public, safety-net hospital.

Mark has multi-jurisdictional experience and maintains a license to practice law in both Washington, D.C. and Florida.

Mark contributes to the community as a Trustee of the Orlando Museum of Art and a former board member of the Central Florida Gay and Lesbian Law Association.
